Due to a cancellation I was able to get the PET scan moved up to tomorrow (1/2) at 2:30. This is great news because we will have the report back from the scan well before I meet with the oncologist on the 11th.

Right now the most difficult part of the process is waiting. I am anxious because I know this cancer is inside me growing and I have to wait in order to get the treatment started. Colon cancer is considered a very slow growing cancer, so I have been told that waiting a couple of weeks will not matter.

I am also going to try and get a blood test done tomorrow. My fatigue is noticably worse the past couple of weeks and it has been two months since my last blood test.
